Thanks Kathleen. I was excited that I was able to use my iPhone for this image. It definitely is a ton lighter to carry than my DSLR. |

Kathleen, great image. You truly get a sense of how buoyant these animals are in spite of their weight and size. The fish included in the image help us to get a better sense of the hippo's size. Well post processed for both content and color. |

Wow....thanks for including the image of his surfing competence. I am wondering if there is any way you might turn the two images into a double exposure? Your settings and capture of the action in both images is spot on. I do agree that including some part of his head (face) would improve the image. |

Joan, I can see why you could not stop taking pictures of these beautiful water lilies! I think your post processing of the flower is spot on however using a totally black background gives me a sense that the flower is floating in air. I am wondering if you could using some of the original background would help better anchor the flower. What makes these flowers so unique to me if the fact that they are actually growing in water and the pads that surround them add to their beauty. |

Wonderful image! The contrast between the sharpness in the mountain range and the mist in the foreground add to the beauty of this image. You have done a great job sharpening the church which provides us with a focal point. I am wondering if you might try some additional sharpening to the area close to the church and then gradually taper off to the mist. |

Candy, what a wonderful and creative image! Bird's nest and straw are perfectly blended to make the image truly believable. Well done! |
