Robin you're not going 'bats' ! I did change it as I felt his outstretched arm looked odd. But maybe it works both ways. |

Kathleen, I really enjoy your street scenes or ones of buildings you have visited and this is another of them. I like the way we are liked in from left to right ending up with the skateboarder on the right. I would suggest that the far distance where the station arch is could be darkened slightly as it very bright. And you are right this is certainly a very clean station! |

Mark, welcome to the group. You have captured a perfect specimen here - very sharp yet still delicate. I agree with Barbara that darkening the background would add to the dramatic effect. |

Great abstract image here and an interesting composition of straight lines and some curves. I agree it is visually striking - good work. |

Barbara, this mon image just shows how powerful that mode is as the colour version has nowhere near the impact. I like the composition and the crossover section although I think that might be better if it was slightly sharper which seems odd to say as the rest is perfectly sharp. The smaller leaf bottom right is needed but is just a little over-exposed and burnt out on its edge. |

Many thanks Barbara, this was a fun image to do. It will be interesting to see how it fares in this month's club comp! |

Hi Stephen - thanks for the comment. No,I didn't know that quote from the incredibles but as you can see Batman has been Health and Safety aware by making sure his cape doesn't get snagged in the photo booth! |
