Sorry for the imprecise language, George. It might be the 76Kb image posted, but the cattle and white buildings with their red roofs look very soft on my large monitor, which leads to a somewhat washed out look to the buildings in my eye. |

Nice blue hour capture, as evidenced by the light on the snow covered rocks. I like the way the back lighted clouds angle out in a pastel "V" shape pattern. My mind wanted to see the rest of the concentric wave pattern around the rock in the water.

Superb image. It will make a good print. The only thing I might suggest beforehand would be to black out the subtle reflection or whatever above the two corks on the right, particularly in the upper right corner. |

Hi George, welcome to the group. I like the composition / capture / sense of place in your image. It appears slightly washy to me so I made a few basic adjustments and warmed it up a tad. I also made a change to a 16x9 crop, reducing the foreground and trimming a bit from the left. |

Welcome to the group, other Bill. Nice capture with great detail in the strata / lines of the rock and dramatic clouds. To my eye, the blue in the sky above the clouds appears to be a bit overdone and takes some of the attention away from the beautiful shades in the rock. |

I like the subject matter and the soft light and subtle shades in the fog. Those tree branches in the upper right corner kept drawing my eye. I tried a different 8x10 crop and straightened out the bottom of the shed. |

Nice light and lovely colors. Not being sure of what you might have encountered, but when viewing I want to see a little more to the right and bottom of the frame, and would eliminate the portion of the image to the left of the bottom large rock. |
