Agree with the others, with one additional comment - his eyes look almost cross-eyed....might be the small file size. Nice image. Is this the same coyote we saw in a previous submission? |

Ditto what Audrey wrote. My first thought was that this would be best in a pano-like crop. I think it additions of contrast and sharpness help as well, depending on the mood you are going for. Nice image! |

Agree with the others, except that I prefer the version without the leading lines at the bottom (although agree the other one is strong as well). Perfect choice for B&W since texture is the key in this one, not color. I used to live not too far from there (before I really got into photography) and kick myself now thinking how many photographic moments I've lost from that area. Death Valley can be simply stunning. Enjoy! |

Agree with the others that the composition and colors are well done. I'm not a fan of that background choice. I think it takes away from the beauty of the rose, IMO.I think this would have been very nice in a very soft grey, almost white. Or quite the opposite with a very dark grey, almost black. It's the pattern that's throwing it for me. |

I like your vertical crop, as I think it works well with the leading line. Nice job making a beautiful image from a not-so-fantastic original. Good eye for that. I have no additional suggestions as I think the others have covered what I saw. |
