I like your title suggestion (I have an Irish heritage) as well as the processing changes. |

Hello Ella. I have to admit that I didn't see the branch at first, until it was mentioned by others. My first attention went to the detail in the wing and the overall lighting on the bird. I am not familiar with the rules for nature images. So, if you remove the branch you still have a very strong avian portrait. Nice. |

Hello Susan. Wonderful job of bringing out a wide range of tones and detail. A flower portrait worthy of a wall. |

Nick, a very strong image. You did a great job maintaining detail in the dark tones as well as the face and hands. Very effective street portrait. |

Ian, I like your concept. I might have played around in post to see what would happen if I eliminated the lines in the face. None-the-less, the image does grab my attention. |

I agree with the concensus that there is too much sky. I'll try reframing. Thanks for the suggestion. |

Hello Peter. Bodie was a favorite place of mine when O lived in California. Strong composition with the auto in front and other objects training off into distance. Provides a lot of depth, which of course you intended. I also like the overall dark pallet, yet there are lots of tones present. The mmod seems to fit Bodie. Nice image. |

Interesting textures and contrasts. I like the cylinder at the top. The triangles contrast to the rectangles in the siding. Well done abstract. |
