Paul your image really feels cold. I congratulate you for the stamina to make several long exposure images at -5C. Like the others the 13 sec. appears to have been a good choice. Good detail in the snow as well as the dark areas. Stay warm. |

Ella, cleverly done. MY first reaction was did she have access to a major studio to make this image. Very realistic to me. Well done. |

Hello Michael. My first impression was to think of Ansel Adams which is meant to certainly be a compliment to your photographic seeing. Beautiful detail and texture. Well framed. |

Peter your images always amaze me. Not sure what else to say. Fine work. I am wondering if there is a specific thought process you go through as you decide how to interpret your image? |

Hello John. There an endless number of possibilities for the meaning behind this image. I think that is where the interest lies. Good contrast overall with detail in the darks and lights as well. Are you competing in PSA contests or local? I have never competed in a PSA contest. |

hello Ian. Eye catching portrait. The intense eyes and facial expression goes well with the dark tones and mood. I could go either way with the eye masking. As it is it ads ominousness to the portrait. |

Thank you Ella. I will see what happens if I increase contrast a bit. |
