There is not much I can add to the other comments. As always a beautiful image. I love the range of tones and the detail in the ice. As was said previously the people in the fore ground add the important element of scale, but in no way detract from the impact of the falls and their surroundings.
Just curious. Peter do you live in Iceland? Your images cause me to imagine a close relationship and understanding between you and the Icelandic landscape. |

This image would stop anyone walking by and says, spend some time on me. Really interesting portrait of a very unusual situation. The tonalities are great. Beatifically executed. |

I also like the touch of mystery as to what lies around the curve. The image certainly says cold, and perhaps dreary, with perhaps a bit of sunlight peeking through briefly. I enjoy images with a little mystery. If it were my image I might have tried to up the contrast a bit. But who knows that might change the who feeling you achieved. |

Rashid you have created an interesting image comprised of many shapes. The white bar is well placed. I'll echo Ella, good eye. Very few people could have seen the possibilities and created an interesting composition. Good work. |

Thank you for your thoughtful comments. An interesting variety of perspectives. I will consider them all as I decide what to do with the image. And the learning continues... |
