You are certainly getting the hang of making your masks more natural. This looks really nice. I don't have a sense of a story here, or at least not one that I can see. Maybe if it was raining outside and the window was open or something like that.		 Jan 8th

The snow effect on the fox is great. I would place it a bit back to the left so you have it on the thirds instead of center. In that case, you would need to make it smaller. Maybe add a hit of a shadow to the right of the fox?		 Jan 8th

I like your post processing on the girl. It has a nice soft look to it. There is something wrong in the background the left of the girls knee that need attention. The mask is a bit too sharp which can be softened by running the blur tool directly over the mask at maybe 5%.

I did visit Wales back in the late 80's. Beautiful country. They made it clear that they did not like the English, but Americans were OK. Interesting to hear the Welsh language spoken and written.
A bit different subject from your abstracts. I can comment on these! For me the blue sky draws my eye over the end of the road. This might be stronger as a vertical by cropping off the left side of the image. If you can add a person, car, buggy or animal at the end of the road it would give it more interest.
The grass is in the middle of the road which is a bit funny and it creates a barrier for the viewer. It creates an emotional distance with the farm. Perhaps remove the grass in front of the road and leave them on the sides?
I like your infra-red treatment. Nicely done.
