I like both the color and mono versions. I would have liked to have the background of the mono version darker but that would be an impossible task because of the gossamer wings of the dragonfly. |

Many thanks for your very helpful comments. I did as you suggested and lightened the back of the ear. And I changed the shades of gray/black between the two players so that there is more of a separation between them. |

I like the mono version a lot - well composed with a lot of interest. However, I feel the image is too flat, that is everything seems too bright. So in my revision, in Photo Shop, I first selected the horse, rider and the ground they are on. I then darkened the ground (burning tool) and then added more contrast to the horse and rider. Then I reversed my selection so that only the background was selected. I then greatly darkened the background which, in my opinion, makes the horse and rider much more prominent. |

I do not like the color image but do like your mono version. I would never had thought to have photographed the flower from that perspective - very creative. I made my own conversion and had a very similar result except my photo, for some unknown reason, had more detail especially in the lower left side of the photo (I did not sharpen my revision). I also cropped a little off the right and left sides. |

I like the mono version much more than the color. In my revision I made the waters have less contrast and I brightened the figure. And finally I liked the light come from the top left of the photo so I also brightened that as well. |

A very nice image but I would have like to have seen more space between the tree and the right edge of the photo (as in the original) and perhaps cropped some off the top of the photo. |

I love the composition and the IR conversion. I seldom am able to get the colors shown in you image so I end up with my IR photos being mono. I will have to work more on my conversions. |

I also like the composition - very interesting. But, I also feel the pipes on the right side of the photo are distracting so in my revision I've cloned out the pipes. |

I use a Sony 6000 mirrorless camera which was converted by Life Pixels using their super color conversion, 590. I shoot in RAW and bracket my exposures as I want to work with a near perfect exposure and it costs nothing to bracket. After making some adjustments in Photo Shop I then usually go to NIK and use one of the silver effect options.

I love the leading lines in your revised image and the overall composition. I have not had much success in my IR photos other than just converting to mono so I greatly appreciate the opportunity to see what others can do with their IR images. |
