11 Dec 18 Comment Since the subject of the photo is the surfer I agree with Jim Bodkin that a tighter crop would improve the photo. I liked some of the leading lines of the foam so I left more of them in my cropped image. Dec 29th
11 Dec 18 Comment A very interesting and unusual photo. I have no suggestions but do like Tom's version where he reduced the bright areas. Dec 29th
11 Dec 18 Comment I would never have thought that the original color image would make such an outstanding mono photo. My only suggestion would be reduce some of the deep black shadows and bring out more of the mid grey tones. Dec 29th

11 Dec 18 Comment I like both the color and mono versions. And, I don't have any suggestions except that I think the original photo could have been shot at a lower angle that is not quite so "looking down" at the vase. Dec 24th
