I like the mono photo except that the flower stem almost touches the lily pad which bothers me. Tom's revision corrects this which somehow adds a lot more interest. Great photo. No other comments. Great photo. |

I like the photo a lot and especially the darkening of all the edges as it focuses attention on the two subjects and eliminates all the distracting elements in the color photo. But, like Tom I don't like the walker at the right edge of the image so in my revision I moved her back more into the photo. The photo has a mysterious quality about it that I like. How about "Directions" for a title? |

Tom, there was something that bothered me about your original photo but I didn't know what. But, then I saw Sharron's revision and her version looks great. I have no additional suggestion. Tom I didn't think of rotating the photo either. |

I made a revised mono version and came up with a mono photo very similar to Tom's except I darkened and sharpened the mantis a little bit more. Then I took the original and darkened and sharpened the mantis. Then I blurred the background slightly and reduced the brightness a little. I prefer the color version. |

Tom, I am not sure about the horse but it certainly does add another point of interest. |
