11 Jul 17 Comment I have a lot of admiration for people who are able to photograph birds. This shot is very nice but to me the lighting seems strange. It looks like the photo was taken with a flash straight on as the breast area seems overexposed especially when compared with the exposure of the rest of the bird. And the catch light in the eye also indicates a flash and,to me, also seems somewhat unnatural. The background is nicely blurred. Jul 14th
11 Jul 17 Comment I like this photo a lot. I don't think the Edsel ever looked so good. The only minor suggestion I have would be to darken the bottom right of the photo to darken the hot spots and also to darken the top third of the photo but just on the left side to make the hood stand out even more. 11 Jul 17 Comment Very interesting shot with different spheres of light but I wonder if the image needs so much space on the right side. What do you think of a more vertical format? Jul 14th
11 Jul 17 Comment The mountains look great but, as Arfan has said, the dock is too distracting. I think Arfan cropped the dock out of the photo. I cloned it out of the picture, darkened the sky, lightened the trees on the left but also darkened the mountain peak above them. I also tried to make the boat not quite so bright. Jul 14th
