2. Don't hold the ball in the sun with your hand, or cover it so it doesn't shine through it.. remember ants with he magnifying glass? Same effect.. but with your hand.. LOL.. i have a burn mark to prove it.. LOL

3. Focus more on the inside of the ball with the low f-stop .. f/4 or 5.6.. it should have a nice clear on the inside with the bokeh behind the ball..

5 Nov 17 Reply I post a picture of the before picture when I can pull it up.. I have used the crystal ball in a few pictures I have done with it.. I have used it in a wedding I photographed for a friends sister and one other time when I was justing starting to use it.. it really is great if you want to try some creativity Nov 16th
5 Nov 17 Reply The only reason I didn't crop it like that is because I wanted to have the viewer see the sign behind it with the intentional bokeh in the background but I see what your saying with the crop.. Nov 16th
