The tones are well adjusted to allow the white building to stand out. The highlights of the building's reflection could be lightened to create a path to lead the eye to the building. |

The bridge is spectacular and the stars definitely add to the spiral patterns. The tall building on the opposite shore provides a destination, but is a bit of a scene stealer. there's not much that could be done about that though. The strong black and white contrast in the scene is very well done. |

This is so interesting. The bent eyelets and their pattern make the scene special. The pattern of bent eyelets is not regular, which also adds interest, in my opinion. Nicely seen image! |

The photo is a ground-level window shot from the inside of a spring house. On the outside of the window there is a metal grid to keep critters out, and a screen to keep insects out. Plants have grown up outside the window. The torn screen and the patterns the tears made were my main interest. The sky was completely overcast yet very bright causing almost everything in the image to be in silhouette, except for a bit of green at the bottom. Out of necessity I chose to keep everything in the frame silhouetted, because I did not have a flash with me. I admit that abstracts are not everyone's taste, but I like it.
