Group Round C/R Comment Date Image
64 Aug 21 Comment If the same conditions occur this fall I will bring a tripod with longer exposure to blur the moving clouds. I agree that the image would be better with more leaves stuck to the net. Would throwing more leaves against the net be considered cheating in some way? Aug 8th
64 Aug 21 Comment There is nice focus-based separation between the car and the blurred background. Kudos, I find panning such a fast object at 90 degrees is difficult to do. More than that I impressed with the horsepower and weight stats in your description. It must be a blast to drive. Aug 8th
64 Aug 21 Comment I like the combination of round and straight lines and the black quarter-circle in particular. The speckled sky grabs and hold my attention, in an uncomfortable way because it is not what my mind expects when looking at a sky. I would have prefered a single tone sky, lighter than the black quarter-circle and darker than the building. Aug 8th
64 Aug 21 Comment The people in the shot definitely add interest, and perhaps are the main interest. You could consider cropping the image to emphasize the people. I tried a nearly-square crop to emphasize the people. Aug 8th
64 Aug 21 Comment I like the wide variety of textures and tones in this image. I found the scratches at the bottom distracting but cropping it out at the bottom would feel truncated and would lose the vertical dark lines which are part of the story. Aug 8th
64 Aug 21 Comment For me the gesture of the tongue and head position adds to the interest in this image. The background contrasts well with the rim light on the bison's back and the dark belly and legs contrast nicely with the light background. Aug 8th
64 Aug 21 Comment What an imposing cliff! The fallen rocks in the water add to the drama and story in my opinion. I think the cropping on the right including the fallen rocks is just right. I interprest the bright spots on the foreground water as specular highlights off the ripples of water. Aug 8th
