I think that the composition and the treatment of the wide range of tones is very well done. I like that the faces in shadow to the left of the sunlit face are still clearly visible. The raking light on the main subject (i.e., the lit face) brings out the texture and relief of the carving nicely, in my opinion. |

In my opinion you have captured the story that you described very well. The crowded, busy environment is comes through to me very well. To my eye, the inclusion of the vegetables in the lower right foreground clarify the story. Well done. |

I like the composition, particularly the framing by the branches at the top of the image and the inclusion of the statue on the left side. I think that the perspective correction was well done. I feel that a darker sky would add gravitas. |

I like that the reflective milky water allows the cloud shadow patterns to step forward. The relatively bright water surface also gives this image the appearance of a long exposure, which is cool. I think your idea to colorize just the water is splendid. |

I can really feel the mood in this image. The grain matches the weathered shingles on the siding of the structure, although I think it could be dialed back and still work well. The smile pattern of lighter shingles, protected from the water by the front gutter, adds a special touch in my opinion.

I like that the image is wonderfully sharp throughout. To my eye, the complex mix of patterns and textures are the most interesting features. |
