Hi Barbara,
This is a lovely photo...I really like the color treatment. Had you also considered simply photographing the center bloom and see how that created inpact?

Great, great image Carroll! Would you be willing to share how you were able to get so close with a 100mm lens?

Marcela, This is a wonderful & fun street image.I especially like the smiles on both models. My only suggestion would be to see if you have any images showing the eyes of the woman as well.
Well done! |

Stan, this is aw wonderful image. The 3 balloons keep the image well framed & the lighting is spot on! I especially like how you were able to keep some blue in the sky.

Harriet, I think you captured the essence of this feline! Also, I think monochrome is a good choice.A few things you might want to consider trying-bumping up the contrast a bit & cropping in from the right so that the light coming in between the wall & post isn't distracting.

Hi John, This is an interesting monochrome image. I think the pattern of the wood & the sunlight suit that choice. You may want to consider cropping tighter on the door & bumping up the contrast just a bit...that way you make the door more prominent & still get to keep some of the sunlight & eliminate the harsh highlights at the upper right.
