19 Apr 21 Comment Hi Barbara, I really like the color in this image & think the composition works well. I wonder whether going to a lower F stop (F8?) would have enable you to shoot at a lower ISO or perhaps a faster shutter speed. The lower ISO might help with any noise problems if you chose to enlarge the image (of course Topaz Denoise can help with this as well).

19 Apr 21 Comment Hi Marcela, I really like this photo-I feel as if the bird is `longing' to get in!. I agree with Stan & Barbara's comments. But kudos goes to you for seeing an opportunity that doesn't `fly into you' everyday & getting the shot! Apr 8th
19 Apr 21 Comment Stan, This is a beautiful image.It is sharp, well composed & has wonderful color. The hikers add even more interest. One suggestion might be to crop out or clone out the branches at the right of the image. I also wonder if `dodging' the figures of the hikers might make them pop even more.

A very nice environmental portrait of Pierre. The colors certainly`pop'. If Pierre agrees it might be interesting to have him move so that his beak,eyes & plumage have the sky as a background and then focus tightly on those areas with an emphasis on the eyes.

A good image of a `working scene'. I agree with Barbara's comments. Also, if possible it might have been interesting to use a very wide angle lens and try shooting either low from the bottom of the pit or from the top of the pit - this would exaggerate the size of the machines & might have an interesting impact.
