19 Nov 19 Comment Hi Carroll,
I think this is a great monochrome image...Wonderful composition and lighting..Remarkable sharpness in the mountains for F4.5!...Just 2 questions: 1.whether you considered further `de-noising' the image?--to me it looks a bit noisy towards the middle of the image.2.Did you consider darkening the sky in the upper right quadrant further?...The brightness leads my eye out of the image.

19 Nov 19 Comment Hi Marcela, I really like the sharpness of the ducks and their positioning together. I also like the duck's overall color... although you might want to consider desaturating the yellow in the photo a bit. Had you considered cropping down from the top & up from the bottom further?...It might enhance the impact a bit more. The top part of the shoreline seems overexposed...you may want to consider burning that in a bit or again perhaps cropping it out.

19 Nov 19 Comment Hi Stan,
I think this is a wonderful image-it really conveys a sense of time & place-and its a great exposure!...Some questions to consider...: perhaps brightening the blue lifesaving vest the subject is wearing?--it might make the image `pop' more.
Also, what about cropping a bit from the top & bottom so the subject is not quite as centered and so that the horizon line is not almost in the middle of the photo?

19 Nov 19 Comment Hi Harriet, I think this image really conveys the dreamy impact you wanted to achieve...Had you also considered trying to also get the wire in the fence to the right & left of Pumpkin's face to be a bit more dreamlike/soft? I think it may add to the overall impact.

19 Nov 19 Comment Hi John, I really like this monochrome treatment. I think it conveys the `mood' of the day... Had you considered cropping up from the bottom a bit so the structure is less in the center? Also, had you considered darkening the clouds on the right side of the image? I like the cloud formation but the brightness draws my eye from the main subject.
