19 Aug 19 Comment Agreed about the cellphone Stan, I've had good luck with the iPhone on that score...although I haven't yet tried printing any iPhone photos more than 4x6...I got Topaz Gigapixel a little while ago & will see how it helps cell photos gain higher res.

19 Aug 19 Comment Nice shot &.color combo in a tough situation...I would have preferred for more if the train to be in the image. I would also crop the part of the image with the white spot light & windows at the bottom & see what happens when you try to straighten the building using LR/PS. Aug 12th

Since you were probably (?) shooting at 24mm you probably could have kept the image sharp @ f5.6 & used a slower ISO...my experience with the Sony pocket camera is that it is great on color but sharpness suffers at Hi Iso...But as the saying goes '...the best camera is the one you have with you '😬ðŸ“

19 Aug 19 Comment Good image that captures the majesty of the Canadian Rockies. My suggestion is to crop out some of the ground at the bottom & also intensify the color of the rocks & the blue sky. You might also want to consider trying this as an HDR (using photomatix? Or another program) Aug 12th
19 Aug 19 Comment I like this I Image & think the roosters face is sharp...a bit of fill flash or even having a 'voice activated reflector ' that is a person😬 could help with lightening the face...But I don't particularly like the fence-to me it competes with the main subject- & think that shooting at f5 with just a green farmyard background would have been more effective.
Overall nice job on what can be a challenging subject!		 Aug 12th
