It has added such depth of appreciation for our world to have been in the underwater space. It was during a Windjammer trip to the British Virgin Islands that I had my first glimpse of the underwater world. My life changed. I swapped diving for my love of mountain hiking. I never regretted the decision. |

Isaac, I understand Bruce's comment about further cropping but I don't think it would work because it would leave a solitary head. However, my eyes do land on those teeth! I'm glad to know that you were using a long lens. He looks scary. Great shot! |

Adrian, you captured this shot at exactly the right moment...when the front paw was in the air. Just that little detail makes all the difference in bringing life to an image. A great shot and it sounds like a great trip. |

Marie, your post processing was so important. I, too, have been experiencing the gray skies caused by smoke. You were in the exact spot to get the baby ducklings lined up so perfectly. This is a charming photo. |

Bruce, a perfect image! I can't imagine anything that you could have done to improve it. This is a beautiful example of how important the original exposure is in obtaining an exceptional final image. |
