72 Sep 21 Comment I frequently enjoy creating a slideshow/video from images taken on a trip. I will include a link which should take you to a video I created from images taken during my trip to "The Palouse."

72 Sep 21 Comment Adrian, he is a scary bird! I love your angle of capture. You've nicely given punch to your subject. (I'll have to go out through google and see what the entire bird looks.) Sep 1st
72 Sep 21 Comment Randy, I, too, have an excellent older Canon telephoto lens. Mine was bought new....years and years ago. I have the old 100-400mm lens. I bought it when I made my only trip to Africa...Tanzania. It is heavy but in that situation I could lean it on the top of the safari vehicle which we never left.

I, also, think that selecting the bird away from the background and darkening it down might let your beautiful bird stand out more.

72 Sep 21 Comment Bruce, these cuties look like stuffed animals! The story which goes with them fits that description. I'm wondering if the fur is a bit more sharp than necessary. When I enlarged the original image, the fur was really plenty sharp in capture. Sep 1st
72 Sep 21 Reply Bruce, I envy your proximity to the Palouse. I will attach another Palouse image. It is amazing what sunset does to a scene.
