Thanks, Adrian. I have always expressed my photographic interests with a bit of "adventure." Consequently, the challenge of the underwater environment has been a great incentive for me. |

Thanks, Randy. As you suggest, there is quite a bit of luck and patience in underwater photography.

I, too, appreciate Viveza2 in the Nik Software package. Being able to place points around which to apply adjustments gives a lot of control.
Beautiful image,Isaac.

Isaac, I, too, find the reflections in the water to be amazing. It is one thing to capture a bird at the right moment, but to get such detail in the water is outstanding! |

Adrian, I love the detail you brought out in the greenery. You also chose a great shutter speed to capture the details in the water. Such scenes have their counterparts in New York State where we have lovely waterfalls. |

Marie, Is the bird feeder going through the fruit? Or is that an optical illusion? I haven't put my energy into bird photography so I am always amazed by the detail you have captured. Great shot! |

Ou have won my heart with those young cubs. I bet the Mom is very possessive. Hopefully, you were a safe distance away. |

Walt, it is fascinating to see your drone photography. I am impressed that you have good control over composition. It reminds me of my hike up onto Mt. Hood. I started out on a snow cat and then took to my feet for my photos. |

It is possible that in trying to get the fish to pop, some of the background details lost sharpness. With the limits of light down under, it is difficult to get greater depth of field. When I want depth of field I usually need to rely on ambient light as my main source. Then my substobe just adds foreground illumination. |
