37 Oct 19 Comment I confess to not being a landscape person, so with this image I would have cropped it vertical to the center trees and their reflections, leaving a little of the yellow foliage for contrast and cloning out the twigs on the right. I feel the edges are too busy and distracting. Oct 19th
37 Oct 19 Comment An image well handled without a tripod. The shutter speed has captured sufficient light to achieve focus in the buildings. A slight crop of the night sky for me draws the viewer to the traffic light movement in the foreground. Oct 19th
37 Oct 19 Comment An image with a dramatic atmosphere of a good journalism shot. The people are intent on preparing the balloon, the vignette draws the eye to the fire making it the point of interest. The stormy looking clouds and the blend of rich colours add to the drama of this image. Oct 19th
