Thanks Jim, I will try the gradient blur, I am slowly learning and just found the tilt/shift blur which I like but did not use on this photo. Comments much appreciated. |

Such a wonderful image of children having fun. Street photography at it's best. All the movement has been captured, sharp with excellent detail and the story has been told so well. There is also some detail in the shadows. Well done!!! |

Such an interesting skyline which makes a very effective panorama. The variation of the buildings architecture and colours maintains interest within the scene along with the sharpness of the buildings against the skyline. The composition of the sailing boat is a bonus. The level of water to the shoreline is so close to the thirds that I would feel very picky suggesting it. Great image. |

The red/orange of the poppies and other summer wildflowers contrasts effectively in the field of green. Detail has been maintained in the red/orange of the poppies which is a difficult colour to photograph. If I were to suggest anything, I would crop off the blank green in the foreground. |

I like everything about this beautiful panoramic landscape. Most of all it's the composition that builds such an amazing scene with all elements leading to the center where the drama in the clouds is so very effective. |

You have achieved a story telling image of the beautiful Golden Temple complex using many leading lines to draw attention to your subject. Could I suggest a plan for the future would be a shot from the same position, zoomed in, on still water for a wonderful reflection shot, such amazing architecture. |

A many layered landscape with the clouds providing a feeling of calmness. The colourful foreground is sharp adding a very effective element within the image. Well seen! |

Hi Oliver, thanks for visiting the group and thanks for your comments on my image. In reply, the closer crop at the top of the frame does benefit the image but with all my actions shots I leave space in the movement direction for the viewer to perceive that probable action. There is an album full of rodeo images on my facebook site. |
