Some Nature definitions are more restrictive depending on the organisers, but usually the FIAP or PSA criteria is considered the norm. Yes, I could make those changes using the dodge tool which is acceptable, but one is certainly not allowed to remove anything accept a dirty lens/sensor mark of one fails to clean it. |

Jim, the dots are water droplets, a couple are seen falling into the water and there is still one on the toe. Taking stuff out renders this shot ineligible for nature. |

I am not sure if I checked this image in the Threshold adjustment in Photoshop as I am sometimes uncertain with my own eyes, should you have another method you use I would certainly try it out. |

As I shoot about 80% nature, adding a vignette never occurs to me as it takes the image out of Nature ND and into colour PID-C in competition. |

This shot is crammed with lines, textures and patterns making an interesting abstract. After turning my head a dozen times I have decided I would like it better in the vertical. I admire your ability to think out of the box. |

Well seen, with the baby copying the actions of the parent. Well composed and sharp in detail. |

A really nice foggy scene as the fog has picked up the colour of the sky adding warmth and showing the variations of green. |

The light source directs the eye to the focal point of the walkers and path moving through the frame. There is sufficient detail in the shadows for the viewer to envisage the scene. I would reduce the highlights on the ladies forehead if I were to be picky. |

You have captured the moon illuminating the mountains effectively, but for me a lesser amount of moving cloud would have accentuated the beautiful colours in the moody sky. |
