A well-composed picture with the chair in the middle of the V shape. The light in the foreground creates a dramatic look. It is a matter of taste, but I agree with Larry regarding shadows without any texture. I would also darken the trees on the left side that grab attention from the main subject. |

A well-captured picture of an ancient building. It is fantastic that it has survived for more than two thousand years without damage from the environment and people. Blurring the background was a smart thing to do. |

What makes this picture pop, in my opinion, is the clouds that seem to be blown away in strong wind. This is in contrast to the calm and sunny feeling of the rest of the scene. This picture could also work in BW since there are a lot of contrast and middle tones in it. |

I like the depth in the picture with a distinct foreground of the sea, the glacier in the middle and the mountains in the background. The pano format fits well with this image, creating an impression of endless ice and snow. |

First, thank you for your educative story about how sand from the Sahara prevents hurricanes in Florida. It is quite impressive. The image is in a way minimalistic, but on the other hand, there are so many details in the clouds. The uniform green grass creates a contrast to the blue sky with all the details. If I should give any suggestions, it would be to crop the clouds in the upper left corner to create a better balance. |

A beautiful image, indeed! I like the composition with the aurora beams in the centre and the trees framing them. Finding the right exposure is not easy in scenes like this, but I think you have decided well between low ISO and exposure time. Well done, Barbara! |
