This is really an eagle´s nest. The scene is well captured, giving the feeling of height and space. The post-processing is also perfect, making a colour contrast between the cold background and the warm foreground. You may try to sell it to the Greek Tourist Board :) |

To me, you have captured this image at the right moment. Cropping out the pilings adds to the composition. I liked the flying bird that made the sky more interesting. Being a dodge-and-burn person, I would dodge the light rays and the mountain beside that still is slightly illuminated by the sun. Further, I would dodge the sea in front of the sun to make a reflection that would also create a leading line to the sun. |

Once again, thank you for your comment. This image is taken on free hand and it is not so easy to get everything right at the same time. Shooting with a 100 MP camera means that I don't shoot more frames than I need. Instead, I spend a lot of time checking everything before hitting the trigger. I highly appreciate that you see all these small details. In this case I wanted to go as low as possible to make the foreground interesting. At the same time, the separation between the shore and the nearest island and between the next island and the horizon was more important. Last, the separation between the two ponds. |

The leading lines from the wooden legs work well. The timing is good with enough light to see the details, but still keep the dark mood. Long exposures create noise and that is apparent in the dark areas of the clouds and in the sea. Would suggest to crop one third of the sky to emapazise on the buildings. |

This is a good example of a beautiful reflection. The details at the bottom break the mirroring effect, which I think is good. The repetition of the shape of the two peaks adds to the composition. There is a good contrast between the elements which creates depth. I would suggest darkening the foreground mountain slightly to make it the hero of the shot. |

The first word that came to my mind was simplicity. The clouds add to the composition since the stars shine through and create texture in the sky. Having some details in the dark wood keeps the viewers interested. Using an ND filter and longer exposure, the light from the cars becomes more evenly spread. You may consider cropping from the top and keeping the waterline in the centre. That will create symmetry and calmness in the image. |
