I will start with your question about the ethics of removing objects from a picture. In my opinion, you have the artistic freedom to do whatever you like with your picture unless you use it in competitions like nature, travel etc. where rules forbid any manipulation.
In this case, I think the objects in the sea are just a repetition of the foreground and add to the composition. The colour palette is just beautiful. Just an idea: if you desaturate the tree in the foreground and the shore, it may give a contrast to the colourful sea and sky. |

The first impression for me was the composition with triangles being repeated from foreground to background. In that respect, I would crop slightly less at the bottom to get the complete triangle. Moreover, I like the warm tones in the foreground and the cold ones in the background which create depth and distance in the image. |

I like the composition of the image and it is amazing what mobile phones can do. You have done a lot of good work in the post processing by giving life into the scene. The problem area is at the back, which is already commented. This is not an easy fix. I don't know if it will work, but you could try to paint in a blue colour instead of darkening. Or just let it be as it was originally. |

I agree with the other comments that the person in the foreground makes this picture. All the shapes and shadows are perfect for black and white. I like the grey tones which are the most difficult to manage in a scene like this. To create more depth in the image, I would suggest darkening the foreground and lightening the background slightly. |

First, I like the symmetry that makes the image calm and pleasing. The light from the lamps illuminate the building evenly and the foreground with interesting patterns.
The light to the far right is already been commented on. My suggestion for improvement is to darken the buildings on both sides of the main building. This will emphasize the main building which is the hero. If I were very picky, I would desaturate the colours of the decoration to the left and the green tint to the right. |

Thank you for your comment. I see your point in the upper left corner. I think the best way is to darken the area. Enhancing the roof is also a suggestion I will follow. |
