This image is almost like a painting. It has a good distinction between foreground, middle and background which makes it pleasing to watch. I agree with Michael in toning down the red slightly. A beautiful picture! |

Again, I was sure this was from Tuscany. I like the subtle colours. The composition is just perfect in my opinion, where the houses and trees in the background are balanced with the tree to the right. I think the dark area in the foreground creates depth in the image. Well done! |

I love slow photography and this is really slow. The result is just superb! With so many pixels, I think you may cover a big wall. I particularly like the reflections and the palette of colours. Fighting with time against the security guards just gives an extra kick I think, at least it would for me :) |

A very special capture. I like the warm tones in the grass and the cold in the sky. The light and shadows in the forest make it interesting. The rainbow is, of course, the main subject in this image. The fence balances the intense light and enhances the composition. My only suggestion is to crop the sky to about 5:7 in order to balance sky and ground. |

All the images were taken during a boat trip that lasted for about 1.5 hours. Fortunately, we were the only passengers, so I could ask the driver to position the boat exactly how I wanted it. F.ex. the narrow separation between the small stack and the big one was crucial. A few metres more and the hole would disappear.
Should you visit the Faroes, SorvÄgur should be a must. It is close to the airport. If you take a boat trip, donÎt take the rib boats but a proper boat. |

Thank you for your comment, Larry. I think you are right about the rock to the left. Yes, I have used a graduated filter in PS to make the light ray. Besides, I use hard masks to control the light in each area of the image. |
