Interesting comment, Barbara. I came to the same conclusion a few days ago and that improved the image. |

It is taken with a Canon 5D mark 4, but I have worked quite a lot with it in Lightroom and PS. |

Hi Richard, it is taken at the west coast of Norway, a 40 minutes drive from where I live. |

Actually, when I only looked at the thumbnail, I thought it was the real Stonehenge. A very interesting piece of art. Captured with the right timing and the correct aperture to achieve the "sun star". Balancing the exposure between the bright sky and the shadow vehicles is a challenge and very well done. |

A well composed picture. I like the crisp early morning light. The contrast between the blue sky and the white mountains that is also mirrored in the water makes the picture pop. The cloud to the right is just an extra bonus. |

What stroke me first was the leading line from the bottom to the top of the image, from the log, through the rocks and then up to the waterfalls. You have done a lot to advanced work capturing and sticking the two images together. I have a 24 mm tilt/shift lens which I use a lot for architecture photography, that make this process much easier. The polariser does a good job making the bottom completely clear. I might have considered cropping a bit on the right side, but I am not sure. A very beautiful image! |

A very well done picture. It has a good framing and the long exposure together with the misty weather gives almost a fairytale feeling.
My only small pick is on the right side on the person where there is something hanging down from the hand and the silhouette is not quite clean. |

An interesting story in this image. There is a clear connection between the man and the boat. My comments are somewhere between Haru and Dick; I would cropped like Dick suggests and darken the water like Haru. |

A nice B&W portrait. Scanning old negatives is a good thing to do, especially for photos with sentimental value so they don't disappear for ever. I have no experience with scanning negatives, but I have photographed a lot with light table. |

Spotting details like this one needs a trained eye. Most of us would just walk on, looking for the good motive at a higer elevation. The B&W version gives a more abstract feeling. You have done a lot of good post processing, but I think I would gone even further and darkened the objects on the sides as they take attention from the main object. Further, darken from top and bottom will also enhance the abstract feeing. At the end, create more contrast between the "strings" would make the image pop. |
