The morale here is always bring a dog with you when go out shooting, so you have to stop more often :)
Actually, I don't have much to say about this image other than I agree with the comments of cropping from the bottom and the right side and using a longer shutter speed. |

This is a moody and minimalistic image with a beautiful palette. Being there at the right time has its rewards. I agree with Michael about cropping the lower part so only the cloudy part appears. A small detail that might be just my opinion, but I would cloned out the 4th bird from left in the group as it will make the picture cleaner. |

I like the composition even though you had to do some compromises. I agree with some of the other comments that the background steals too much of the attention from the main object which is the wall. A good habit is to make bracketed exposures when dealing with high contrasts. I will also suggest to tone down the yellow as it is a bit overwhelming. |

It looks like a picture from National Geographic. It has a distinct dept in three layers and the person indicates the scale and makes a focus point. My only little pick is to change the colour or exposure of the sand dune shadow upper left in order to separate it from the background. |

An interesting picture, Larry. Finding the "decisive moment" when shooting waves with long exposure is not easy and it is a try and err until you make it and you have definitely made it here. I like the outgoing water near the rock at the same time as new waves are coming up further out. it is, off course, a matter of taste, but to me the rocks are a oversaturated with yellow. I will also suggest to darken a bit from the lower right corner and from the right side. Alternatively use a vignette.

I agree with Richard, I wouldn't change a thing. In its simplicity, it tells everything about a storm coming. Thank nature for changing plans :) |

This rather unusual view worked well in this case. The tight crop gives almost a graphical look. In my eyes, the attention is brought to the lightest point at the center and from there, the lines lead me to the leaves on the left and then to the leaves in the background. I liked the grey tones in the leaves. I would considered cooling out the tree at the top as it doesn't add anything to the composition and is more a distraction. Moreover, darkening the lower right corner and the right side slightly would emphasise the waterfall and the leaves. |

Another well captured street photo! The look from the girl is kind of Another well captured street photo! The look from the girl is kind of ambigous to me, does she resent being photographed, is she just sad or is it a normal expression? I don't have much to add to this photo, may be some vignetting would enhanced the main subject. |

Being out early in the morning, everything is quiet and then the coyote turns up. It must have been a wonderful experience! In this case, I think the colour version works best as the coyote and the tree trunks stand better out from the snow. |

I don't think you should be too disappointed. Having one good shot for each trip is acceptable for me. The story of a lighthouse that has seen better days is apparent. To me, the tones in the BW conversion are good and express the sadness of the ongoing deterioration. There seem to be some noise on the sky that isn't on the original. This could be removed either by denoising or by blurring the areas. I would also used the upright tool in LR to tilt the tower forward a bit. |

A very strong and powerful composition. The lines are captured with great accuracy. In this case, I think the horizon line is set well as there is a good balance between sea and sky. It is a matter of taste, but to me, there is a bit too much texture and contrasts, so I agree with Haru´s version. Then a very picky comment, but we go for perfection: the planks on the bridge leans to the right one the original and to the left on the BW version. I would suggest to straiten the lines so they are parallel with the edge of the image. |

An interesting story and picture. Using a 400 mm for macro photography is new to me, but it evidently works. Good to learn new possibilities. I like the composition with the diagonal lines. If I should pick on something, it would be to put a bit more effort into the cloning of the branch behind the rose. |

Thank you for your comment. I think foggy weather would be great, but unfortunately, the exhibition is closed and removed. |

I think your cropping works well as the edges seems to push the figure´s head down and makes it more depressing. Thank you, Haru. |
