This is a lovely composite with a fantasy feel. I agree with Marti on the lamp post. I'd like to see the top of it extended. Selections such as you have made are incredibly difficult, and I applaud your efforts. I can't really see how the hair turned out so it does not trouble me. Beautiful work Joe. |

This is a really good panning shot. The background has a nice horizontal blur to imply the motion, yet the rider is quite sharp. My only suggestion would be a little more room in the front of the bike. |

I think Joe's crop is a good idea. The subjects are in a very narrow depth of field so you don't lose much by cropping. It's interesting that the dog seems to be really moving fast, but the sheep appear to be just trotting along. Sharpening and brightening do help overall. Nice capture Mike. |

I like what Al has done with the crop. It gives more of a focus to the scene, although there is still not a clear subject in my mind. It feels like the trees are framing a subject and leading you to it, but there is not an object there to see. Since you were going for a moody, gloomy look - maybe more of a vignette? |

Al, this is a lovely scene, but for me it is a little over-processed and doesn't look natural. I feel that the water and some of the rocks have blown out areas that are a distraction. Marti has toned that down. I like your composition and totally see why you were attracted to the scene. |

Excellent job Jerry. I like the isolation in this shot as opposed to trying to blur the background. You have also done well in sharpening from your original and have brought out lots of the detail. Good work!! |
