Very colorful and attractive image. I think that the HDR effect somehow emphasizes the bikes - which is good. And the sign explains why the bikes are all facing outward. Nice story! My only suggestion would be to tone down the pink/purple in the pavers. |

I really like what your black and white conversion did to the colorful image you started with. I'm guessing the chrome filter had something to do with that. I have to say I like both images equally. You have a good eye for the unusual Jerry!

This is a nice abstract Mike. Now that Al pointed it out - that does look like a fish rising in the center! I think that cropping up from the bottom a bit would be beneficial because not much is going on there. Also bringing in the right side, as Joe did, is a more interesting look because it's not so centered. I like the texture very much because it feels as though you are viewing through a frosted glass. Nice eye to envision this. |

I like the crop and what you did with the smudge filter. I agree with Joe about that red tulip - clone it out. It's a distraction. Very pretty though - spring!

Maybe it's just me, but the building appears to tip back slightly in your final version. I like your crop as it is, making this more of a street scene rather than zooming in on the building. Marti's suggestion of B&W is interesting and an improvement I think over the nighttime lighting. |

It's a beautiful iris. The front in particular is nice and sharp and the color is such a gorgeous purple. I like the black background and I agree with Jerry that softening or blurring the edges a little would blend the flower into the background more. Very nice. |
