22 May 20 Comment I agree with those who like the image in its totality. It has a very ethereal quality that comes from the surroundings as well as the falls itself. The colors are gorgeous. Would love to see your next version of this! May 16th
22 May 20 Comment I agree with Marti that a little cooler tone would help. The splash needs to be a bit whiter to separate from the background. Joe suggests a slower shutter. I was wondering about a faster shutter! Nice action shot and great time of day to be shooting. May 16th
22 May 20 Comment I like your first version Joe. Maybe because it is easier to visualize the foreground as water, being in color. I do like the skyline version, but without color, the foreground could as well be sand. Had it been in tones of blue, like Original 2, I think it could have been more effective in portraying water and waterfall. But once again - very creative image!! May 16th
22 May 20 Comment Lovely picture Al. I would crop up a little from the bottom and remove or blur the electrical outlet in the background. Colors and composition are all good. I think it would make a great framed print. May 16th
22 May 20 Comment Very creative Jerry. You don't say which lens you used, but your original is pretty far away. I'm assuming this is a crop. I'd like to see this with a longer lens or macro. But your timing was great! Nice job! May 16th
22 May 20 Comment Yes I like the look of this very much with the Topaz filter. I really thought your image was very well done as it was, but the painterly effect works extremely well here. Maybe just a little bit brighter overall. May 16th
