This is an incredible image Joe! I admire your patience, persistence, and technical skill in putting this together. |

Yes I agree with Jerry that the yellow swirls in the background diminish the focus on the spray of flowers. I would brighten the flowers and bring back some of the green in the leaves. It makes a beautiful image though Marti. It has a very classical look and feel. Well done - and worth the effort! |

I like your black and white treatment of this scene. It adds a lot of atmosphere. You have some very nice leading lines in the image. The trees, the couple walking on the left, the crowd on the right - all leading your eye up to the ferris wheel. I think that the sky could be cropped a bit, although they are great looking clouds. Good job John! |

Yes Jerry, this definitely tells a story. Homeless? Maybe. But he has a smile on his face and his companions beside him! I'm interested in how you did the blur. I thought you were panning the camera, but he is probably not moving fast enough for that. So you selected and then blurred the background. Good job with that! To me though, the guy in the yellow shirt is a little too noticeable and I might have darkened him before blurring. Nice, nice street scene. I like it. |

Kaylyn, I think you have succeeded in creating a work of art from your photograph. It's beautiful! Colorful and dramatic. The bottom of the bush does feel to me to be a little bit cut off - not grounded. I'm not sure how to change that. Maybe a little shadowing or shading under the bush? I agree with Mike that this would make a very lovely note card or Christmas card. |

I think you've done a great job with this image in your post processing. The shepherd and his horse are much better defined as the subjects of the image because you have brought them out of the shadow. The grass in the foreground almost seems to be in better focus somehow. You have left space on the right for the shepherd to walk into. And the image has developed an overall golden glow. Very nice Mike! |
