Typical view of Lake Michigan on a clear summer day. The water color is amazing. I have given it a different crop to make it more flowers and water and less sky.

Beautiful image Jerry. I like how there are different "zones" of color and texture from front to back. Yes I can imagine that this shows very well on metallic paper. |

This is a very nice capture with the fish hovering near the flower. But there is too much going on I think - particularly the background with stems, lily pads, etc. I'd clone out the stem that runs through the fish and those in the bottom corner. Then darken the background to isolate the fish and flower. The fish appear to be almost floating on top of the water - you must have used a polarizing filter? |

I agree with Jerry that your color correction was spot on. And I like your crop. You selected those flowers that are leaning toward the water, which is a nice composition. Focus seems a bit soft. Good work. |
