22 Oct 18 Comment What a wonderful image Mike. You were truly in the right place at the right time! Cropping from the left as Kaylyn suggests makes a much stronger composition. Should you ever decide to exhibit it, John has given you the perfect title - Dancing in the Meadow.

22 Oct 18 Comment To me the kite boarder is secondary to the image of the kite. I am drawn immediately to the kite, and then my eye goes to see what else is in the image. It's really all about the kite and the sky. In fact, I might darken the person a bit, eliminate that bright green on his vest. Good shot - good crop also. Oct 22nd
22 Oct 18 Comment Wonderful leading lines in the clouds. This is one of those cases where using the rule of thirds for the horizon would just not apply. I agree about the border not really working for this image. Oct 22nd

22 Oct 18 Comment We spend time in Michigan in the fall, and I come across many scenes like this. And I never seem to be able to get the colors right. Pumpkins often have a reflective glare, and that orange can be easily oversaturated. So this is a very nice fall cameo Marti, and well done. Oct 22nd
