Sheldon, Arizona is one of my favorite states. There are very dramatic landscapes everywhere. Enjoy! I cropped the top of the picture because it showed just milky
white sky and I did not find it very attractive. On the other hand, the overcast day
was ideal to capture the canyon without shadows, which was my preference. |

A spectacular bird spectacularly captured! The Aracari is so perfect it is almost unreal. The moss on the tree branch lends the image a natural feel. I love the
composition. Great use of space!

What an interesting image! The docent himself would make a great subject for any
artist. This colorful character exemplifies the gallery he represents and you captured it so well. Amazing!

This image represents a true slice of every day life. This monochrome image includes every shade between white and black. Perfect! I also like the reflection
of the tree in the window, it gives the window panel some texture. |

The body language of the boy says it all. This definitely juxtaposes mother nature vs
us humans. Great capture! When you cropped the image, did that eliminate that
zig-zag line in the upper center? I would like to see your cropped version. |

The harmonious combination of colors is very pleasing to the eye. I do prefer Joe's rendition without the twig. |

This landscape is almost surreal. I particularly like how the light hits the tufas. The texture and colors add to this dramatic scene. I think that the sky is competing with the landscape or vice versa. However, that may add to the drama.
