5 Apr 25 Reply Thanks David, I will work on the frame. Apr 17th
5 Apr 25 Reply Thanks Sophia, I worked on her left eye a little (actually added the catch light) but I will work on her right eye and the background. Apr 17th
5 Apr 25 Comment It is a great action shot, the poor woman is trying desperately to keep position of the "ball". I would like to see a little more of the woman on the left side. Although the B&W captures the struggle, it dismisses the fact that the woman holding onto the ball is outnumbered 3 to 1. Apr 5th
5 Apr 25 Comment Mark, this certainly fits the subject of "Patterns". I like the small valley that starts at the bottom of the image and works to the left edge, then back to the right towards the top of the image. As someone walking through a gallery, I don't think I would look at this image very long; for me it lacks a point of interest. Perhaps a slight increase in saturation could help. Apr 4th
5 Apr 25 Comment Pete, I rather like your original. The change in tonal value and the color of the early morning sky give me a feeling of depth to this image. I like that you lightened the land area, lending more depth and texture, but so much that it becomes a distraction, fighting with the main story of a fishing vessel going out to sea. Apr 4th
5 Apr 25 Comment A wonderful shot of these actors doing a routine that looks like fun. Great expression on each of the faces. Looking at the metadata I am surprised by the sharpness and depth of field, considering the exposure of 1/250 @ f8 and no flash. I'm guessing you used AI to delete the actors at either end of the line; it did a very good job. My only recommendation is to try blurring the BG, it's busy and distracting. Apr 4th
5 Apr 25 Comment Sophia, this is an "eye-catching" portrait. I agree with Keisha's comment about the mask. Additionally, I think it is rather dominating, so I cropped your image more, darkened and blurred the mask. What are your thoughts? Apr 4th
