Thanks, David, you've given this image a different perspective almost like it was taken from a drone. I like it. Yes, we did stay overnight; most of us were up early to exercise with the ship's captain, who was a Tai Chi master. |

WOW, It's almost 3D. The layers of light and shades of color just keep going and going; it's mesmerizing. |

I like hand shots and this is no exception. You've done a great job with the post-processing, however, like you, I hadn't noticed the color shift but looking at your original and the finished image it is apparent. For the last couple of days, I have been playing around with PS's "Generative Fill". It really is amazing when it comes to getting rid of unwanted distractions and yet compatible with the original image. |

Sophia, this is a wonderful capture; the timing was perfect. I agree with David, you certainly have a knack for bird photography. I also agree with his suggestions for post-processing adjustment. Good luck with your project. |

Jim, this is a great shot of red-shouldered hawk chicks; all three are sharp. Excellent composition with the "V" of the leading one's eyes right into the young chicks. I like the toned down the BG behind the chicks but I'm torn between the inclusion of more of the nesting material because catch myself looking at the chicks and then at the interesting foliage from the added nesting material. However, this is certainly a prize-winning capture IMHO. |

Great timing David, I'm guessing it's not easy to catch these riders coming around a corner at just the right moment and then have them in focus too. This image really lends itself to monochrome; adding the blur is the perfect touch. |

The bright yellow rose on a black BG sure catches the eye. The swirls do add to overall effect of the image. I agree with Sophia's suggestions for fixing/cleaning the BG and swirls. |
