5 Apr 23 Reply Your right Jim I should have cloned it out, thanks. Apr 4th
5 Apr 23 Reply David, attached is my original; I should have provided it with my April submission. Apr 4th
5 Apr 23 Comment Sophia, I can't add anything to what has already been suggested by Mark and Jim. You must be running out of wall space but this is one that should be added to your collection. Apr 4th
5 Apr 23 Comment Mark, this image certainly has a three-dimensional feel to it. Changing the green to gold and then adding the blue to the far hills creating color contrast really adds to the depth. Apr 4th
5 Apr 23 Reply Jim, for me, this is a vast improvement, the visual impact of the metal surface creates a mental image of weathered and corroded steel. Apr 4th
5 Apr 23 Comment WOW, what a combination of colors! It is truly eye-catching and well-captured. You were certainly very fortunate to be given the opportunity to photograph the event. Your original
gives one a perspective of the large stage used by the performer; the lights in the BG offer depth; however, post crop the lights IMO become a distraction. I agree with Mark's post-processing. Nicely done Pete.

5 Apr 23 Comment Jim, this is somewhat reminiscent of a shipboard hatch, however, the ones I'm familiar with were oval and not flat at the top. It could have been used as a chamber for divers to ingress and egress the water from the side of a ship. Your image is an interesting study of shapes and texture; perhaps a little more work with contrast and lighting to develop the texture, maybe even try B&W. If this were mine I think I would crop out everything to the right of the bulkhead. Apr 3rd
5 Apr 23 Comment David, I have to agree with Lance's comment too; you have captured an element of man's livelihood condensed to a small square the size that one might see at a swap meet. The soul of a man fixing the soles of others. Apr 3rd
5 Apr 23 Comment Barbara, I have nothing further to add that hasn't already been mentioned above about the lovely photograph of an attractive young woman. It's rather nice to have a model that knows how to change poses and expressions in front of a group of photographers. Apr 3rd
