Thanks Pete, I just wish that digital cameras had been available at the time were stationed in Japan, at least ones that I could afford. |

Thanks David, I just did as you recommended by removing the attendant behind the bride and I've submitted it to our club's digital group. Thank you! |

A big improvement over the original image; I don't know about the moon but I do like the mixture of colors behind the tree on the right. |

Thank you Beverly, I was stationed in Yokosuka, Japan for three years; we made some great friends with the Japanese who took us to places we would have never seen otherwise. Over the past year, I have scanned over one thousand negatives and photos from our time there. |

Pete, this is a very nice image; however, I thought the building on the right was a little distracting so I cropped in on the right. Also, to give the main building a more three-dimensional look I burned-in the left side just a tad. What are your thoughts? |

I think making this a monochrome image was an excellent idea. I thought it could benefit from a little more contrast and I reduced the highlights which gave the image a little more texture (at least on my monitor). |

Dave, an excellent shot, you even have a catchlight in the bird's eye. I thought it might benefit from a little tighter cropping. |

Barbara, this is a fantastic image. My wife just happened to be looking over my shoulder and said, "I want to buy it!". So I will have to review the article and do some experimenting. Thanks for letting us know where to look for instructions. |
