Oliver, this really is a WOW photo for me; it's almost like the flower is giving a farewell salute. Great Bokeh and color contrast! |

Great capture Nick, I have taken a few trips to Port Aransas, Tx with the hopes of getting something like this but I have not had any luck so far. I will keep trying. |

This is great photo and as Barbara mentioned, worth losing a little sleep. I like what Oliver has done to modify your image but I may have gone a little further and removed the "No Parking" sign too. The beach path leads the eye to the night sky but then pulled away by the sign. |

Barbara, I agree that you have done a marvelous of cloning; the use of the flood filter is brilliant. The addition of a bug would be outstanding. |

These were two girls; I'm guessing between 13 and 16 maybe. The women boxers at this event seemed more aggressive than the men (at least during the time that I was there). |

Thanks Oliver! This really works well; I was giving some thought to converting it to B&W and now I know I will. What software did you use? NIK? I agree with Barbara about cloning out the one individual between the rails.
There was a lot of action at this event. In two hours I took over 2000 pictures in the end I have a little over 850. This is the best.
I do remember this photo with Ali. |
