We do get some beautiful sunsets here -- it all depends on the clouds. |

Candy,
The Bay of Fundy is amazing. Attached is a pic I took years ago there with my Nikon F.
The pattern, contrast, and texture of your pic might lend itself to a b/w. |

Brenda,
The vast open landscape of the savanna and lovely sunset make this an attention-getting image. I agree that the mid-foreground could be a bit brighter. I would be tempted to crop a bit from both the left side and top. |

Rob,
Amazing that you could capture so much of the Milky Way with all the ambient light of a nearly full moon. The snow-capped peaks add contrast and the big rock in the foreground provides excellent perspective and interest.
This is a good addition to your landscape portfolio. I vote for more landscapes like this and fewer birds :). |

Pierre,
I live in an area with lots of white-tailed deer. It is difficult to capture an image where they are not occluded by trees or brush. Your image is clear and the trees and brush form a good backdrop and frame. Having both posing face forward for the camera is great too. |

Lovely image Mervyn. It is great that you caught it while singing. I can't think of anything that would make it any better other than actually hearing the song:). |

Thanks Donna. I took many pictures during the 10-15 minutes of that sunset. Some with trees, some without -- this is the one I settled on but certainly there were other possibilities. |
