Thanks for the comments. I agree that moving to the left a little probably would've removed the pile and hid the branches. I had 3 images, including this one, selected for display at the 85th WIEP; however, none were selected for awards.

Really nice capture. I like the processing that brings out the coyote from the background. I also like the crop of the image to a "wide screen" format. You're a better man than I going out into Yellowstone in the middle of the winter. |

Nice job with the contrast between the detail in the geese and the soft focus of the background. Seems to me to make the geese jump out of the image. How much was the image cropped form the original, if at all? |

Full marks for experimenting with new techniques and subject matter. I'll be interested to see where this goes. |

I like the subject matter and composition. I have a feeling that some of the detail and sharpness in the flowers and the statue may have been lost in editing the image. |
