This image is intriguing -- Where are they? Where are they going? It must be very cold. The dogs are working hard! The curved lines are great. However, my eyes are also conflicted with the bright snow in the foreground, tree on the left and chest reflector of the musher. But an intriguing image all the same. |

i too like the cropping and the abstract affect you have done but i actually like original 2 because the sky is more abstract then the final. I love abstracts and the more abstract the better. Although, I agree some colors are strong in the sky, you could soften them a little without denoising them out completely to keep the variegated colors. Overall it is a very cool effect and photo. I am going to try this myself. Thanks for the idea. |

There is a story here. Are the sails down for the night or maybe a storm is coming or just passed or something else? The Sepia is a great effect for the tallship, enhancing that sailboats are old technology. Very good. |

I agree.. that one leaf is annoying, otherwise it would be a very good image. That's why i put it up because i also thought the leaf takes away from an otherwise strong photo. It's one of those things that i did not see until i put it in LR. But I like how the sunflowers are looking all over when usually they are all face one direction. Another learning experience for me. Thanks for your comments. |
