Wow, what an image. Lighting can really change the personality of clouds. This is very dramatic. Well exposed and composed. Good job. |

Your cropping makes the sky the real subject here. Well done. As to your reflection, I can't see it at all; don't try to remove it. You added the lightning strikes! Very creative! Perfect for this assignment. |

This makes one of those calming gentle abstracts. The colors are very pleasing. I like the layering toward the background. You did well to crop off the trees because they would have been distracting. I tried adjusting the contrast using levels. That changes the mood of the image and may not be what you saw. |

This is a very real image of driving through a rain storm. If all of the areas of the image were in sharp focus, it would have looked fake. I wouldn't change a thing. |

Love looking at the clouds from above; it really gets the imagination going. It is very difficult to get a good picture through those thick windows, but you have done an excellent job. The wing leads right to that anvil-shaped cloud. The edge of the wing doesn't merge with the corner point. I would like to see a little more drama in the sky. I used levels to darken the midtones, adding a bit more contrast and deepening the blues. But that's just my preferences. |

Ah. Now I see it. That is much better. |

The plastic hanger is distraction. But without it the plant would be suspended in air. Perhaps I should have moved the plant to the ground. |

Probably should have used a noise reducer. I should have used a lower shutter speed in order to get a lower ISO. |

I like your version better than mine. I would mask off the vignette effect on the left side of the bouquet, though. |

Well done. I think the soft green areas in the background give the flower a sense of place and add dimension to the image. All of your adjustments made this way more than a flower portrait. You achieved your goal. |

Cropping out that little band of sky was the right move. The viewer's eye would probably keep bouncing back to that because it is so bright. You really managed to get a lot out of a very washed-out image. But it looks just a tad overprocessed. It does, however, show the drama that is the Grand Canyon. |

Very well done. You changed a blah landscape into a very dramatic shot. B&W is good, as the blue sky would have overpowered the composition. Adding the tree and birds really increased the interest level. Very well done. |

Such a beautiful image, even though she is a very sad little girl. B&W is ideal for this, as it allows the viewer to concentrate on her face rather than her pretty little dress. I would have let her runny nose run rather than touch it up. It shows she was sad enough to cry, not just mope. The overlay glass plate kind of looks like a reflection of drapes; but in my humble opinion, it looks like a last minute addition. That said, this is beautiful, Aren't you glad you kept it? |

Your first attempt at photographing the moon is far better than my 100th attempt. Good for you. Did you enhance the yellow coloration? It looks good. Adding the starry background makes this a cut above the usual full moon image with the black background. The full moon is quite bright; any exposure that will give a starry background will make the moon a big over exposed blob. very nice. |

I like the title. The third light at the top of the background adds depth to the image. It also suggests sunlight from above. Touching up the highlights on the flowers made a positive difference, even though those spots were quite small. Very well done. |
