It is impossible to take a bad picture in this area of the country. And almost all of them translate beautifully into B&W. |

You have great depth in this photo. Your shutter speed caught the rushing motion of the train. It would be perfect if the area at the rear were in sharp focus. I have tried shots like this with leading lines converging on a vanishing point and failed miserably. You did great. |

Wow! I like both versions. Your original with the light vignette makes the horses look like creatures from Middle Earth. The darker version makes them look powerful, ready to leap out of the image. |

This a great over-all view. The wide angle lens did a good job. Try de-hazing it a bit. Otherwise it is perfect. |

Quite good. Your cropping is spot on, although Barbara may be right about the bright grass in the lower right. Try polarizing the sky. Sometimes the polarizer adds a little pop to the greens. Having heard about the bugs, humidity, heat, and gators, we have no great desire to be in a swamp. But you have made it look quite inviting. |

You captured the very essence of the Arch. Interesting story:
Pittsburgh DeMoines Steel in Pittsburgh supplied many of the Arch, and my Uncle Bill spent many weeks there while it was being constructed. Our son attended Washington University Medical School in St. Louis, so I finally got to see it 1992. It is very dramatic when it glows, and you got it right! |
