Here is a great reason to take lots of pictures - remove the bucket and take more shots, no Photo Shop required. Also, you can put your people in various positions and decide later which version is best. What an amazing place! |

Bak in the old wet darkroom days, we would have said that this image needs to be 'printed down harder', meaning it needs darker shadows and more saturation. There is room in the dark rock at lower right for more black. Don't overdo the saturation; that can result in loss of detail. |

Lots of pictures within pictures here - the curve of the stones leading to any of the nice plants; the intersection of the building, bricks, and stones; catching the light at different angles. I agree with the apparent over-sharpening. Sometimes that happens when we sharpen a large image, then reduce it for the web. |

There are lots of good things happening here - the sky reflected in the windows, the curve of the buildings, the soft colors. I like both your version and the cropped version. Is that a flagpole on the right? It looks like a vertical neon light. |

Wow! We see everything from a heart to a scary face! What a discussion you generated. Those black dots didn't bother me, but I would like to see more separation of the 'heart/face' from the surrounding bark. Here's an example using Topaz Remask 5. could have made it even more dramatic. |

Good eye, Gavin. I used one of those rectangular LED lights adjusted for a warm tone. This is a favorite subject for our Camera Club members on table top night.

Yes, Kerstin, the tail is a little dark. It was lit with a small LED light. I probably should have reflected some back at the tail. |
